Body masculinisation surgery (BMS) covers a range of gender-affirming procedures to create a more traditionally masculine body shape for transgender men and non-binary patients. Procedures include liposuction for body contouring, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, thigh lift, and body implants including pectoral, calf, and buttock implants. Can be combined with FTM top surgery as part of a broader surgical plan. Performed by Dr Spiros Vlachos and Mr Andreas Shiatis under TIVA at our CQC-regulated Baker Street clinic.

MTF top surgery creates a feminine breast profile for transgender women and non-binary individuals using silicone implants, fat transfer, or a combination of both. Body feminisation surgery combines liposuction and fat transfer to the torso and create a more traditionally feminine silhouette. Performed by Mr Andreas Shiatis and Dr Spyridon Vlachos at our CQC-regulated Baker Street clinic in London under TIVA anaesthesia. Often combined with MTF top surgery in a single operation.
