The printing on these cards is blurry and grainy. Fine details are lost, colors look dull and washed out, and the overall resolution is very low. It’s clear these were not printed using proper commercial equipment.
The texture and feel of the cards are also off. The surface has an unnatural, cheap texture that doesn’t match real Magic cards. It feels thin, plasticky, and low-grade in hand.
Perhaps most frustrating is how they shuffle. These cards shuffle like dog water. They’re stiff, don’t separate cleanly, and have poor glide. Shuffling feels unpleasant and nothing like handling genuine cards.
This wasn’t a case of receiving slightly imperfect proxies. These are badly made counterfeits being sold to unsuspecting buyers. The combination of fake status, blurry printing, weird texture, and terrible shuffling makes them completely unusable for serious play or collecting.
Avoid Antoine at printingproxies. This is a seller you should stay far away from. The cards are fake, the quality is poor across the board, and there’s no reason to risk your money or collection with this seller.
If you value authentic cards and decent quality, look elsewhere.
